Shall I Compare Thee To A Mooseburger aka The Bad Poetry Thread
Blaze:
I am working on my Star Trek Story
Want it to be fun and a little bit gory...
Don't really know if it will get too far,
Who ever thinks about the Jem'Hadar...
No canon characters, cause I don't care
about the main fleet or what's happening there
This takes place on the fleet's underside
Where the non-type-As all have to go and hide
Where they're allowed to have an opinion
about politics and even the Dominion
In older ships and with many a quirk
You disable the holodeck or you're a jerk...
I am working on my Star Trek Story
Want it to be funny, and also gory
A little more real and little bit crazy
No time travel or plots that are lazy...
Arkteia:
Disclaimer: Anything I post in here is entirely due to Angelrelic ::) :P ;)
I like poetry
It gives me a thrill
til I found Mosseburger
Now it gives me a chill
AR gave me
a link to this
shouldda listened to my momma
and gave this thread a miss
I look again
it makes me laugh
seeing you all rhyme
in wit and mirth and gaff
I like wit
and happy places
with stuff from AR
Duck, everyone! and of course Blazes
I hope this
little rhyme of mine
has a place in this thread
cos lets face it,its not divine
thank you guys
I get a thrill
from really bad witty rhymes
I'm laughing my socks of still
Anyone want a spare stocking? ;D
Blaze:
Welcome to the thread,
Barefoot Arkteia
Even it the tread
Started as a lark to ya.
We love your rhyme
We love a gaff
We want the time
spent here to be a laugh.
*HUGS*
Arkteia:
((Blaze))
thank you Blaze
thats really sweet
no-way on earth
can I compete
My wit is stale
it's such a crime
I just can't write
in witty rhyme
Piotr1600:
My poets skills are fairly pathetic
And my wits are sadly, arthritic
It slows nor stops me - not a bit
this evident lack of rhyming wit
Where the mooseburger poetry is bad
"That's the worst thing I've ever had"
is something of a target see?
For depositing dyspeptic poetry
