Character Creation Help - Changeling

I am thinking of a submerged changeling NPC that is the offspring of Maeve and Harry for a game in an alternative universe where Harry accepted Maeves bargain for his first born.

What suggestions do you have as powers, note, that the character has zero interaction with Harry and was raised by Maeve.

What suggestions do you have for powers and such?

Hmmm. I'd be inclined to create him as a normal Wizard with Unseelie Magic tacked on. Magic tends to run in families, after all.

He might lack The Sight, instead getting Inhuman Toughness and Recovery with a Cold Iron catch, but maybe not, too.

Either way, he should definitely have Superb Conviction, at least Great Lore, Good to Great Discipline, a focus on Air magic (one of Harry's elements, but also associated with cold and winter), and probably Good or better in Weapons and Deceit.


I could do a full character sheet if you liked.

I'd like that, and perhaps instead of toughness, maybe Minor Glamours?

Not doable, except with some sort of drawback...Glamours are -2 and as low as you go. I think the closest is going to be grabbing Spirit as an element for Evocation. That ought to do for government work...

Powers:

Evocation [–3]
Thaumaturgy [–3]
Unseelie Magic [-2]
The Sight [–1]
Soulgaze [+0]
Wizard’s Constitution [+0]

Total: -9 Refresh

Specializations:

Evocation: Elements (Air, Spirit, Water); Control (Air +1)
Thaumaturgy: Crafting (Strength +1);

Focus Items:
Shield Bracelet [+1 Defensive Control and Power with Air]
Winter Knife [+1 Offensive Control with Air]

Enchanted Items:
Enchanted Cloak [6 shift Block or Armor 3, three times per session] (2 Enchanted Item Slots)

Stress:

Mental: OOOO (+1 Minor Consequence)
Physical: OOOO
Social: OOO
Armor: By spell or item effect.

Note: With these stats, he can actually diuplicate everything Glamours do just as effectively with Spirit Evocation...it'll just cost Mental Stress.
