Hello lurkers. Has anyone noticed?
« on: October 07, 2009, 01:52:37 AM »
Shhhhush, *whispering* I don't want to scare anyone away.

Have you ever taken the time to look to the right at the posts to views numbers?  *blinking*--and yes, I'm procrastinating from writing!  I admit that I never had.  I jump on and jump off.

I think that Iago should consider flashing in little ads for JB or maybe other sci fi books or sci fi shows (and my favorite Castle).  I wouldn't mind having a flashy, well done visual trailer.

Last count:
Publishied/On/Board  68 to 9423
Author/Prog             272 to 19,198!
Ritual                        9 to 103
Remove/Chapter         6  to 49
Burn Out                   17 to 262!
Someone Please           9 to 159
We don't exist             7 to 118
Fantasy Stds             52 to 772
Boingy, Boingy            27 to 599  <--okay, this one I understand, it's a riot
New game                129 to 1984

Wow.  Please don't worry, we welcome all lurkers.   I think it's nice you care enough to stop in!  In fact, when we all become famous, perhaps you will buy our books.

Iago, I really would like pop-up flashy trashy trailers.  In fact give us a list of avatars so we can watch the ones we want.  I'm all for making a buck!

I would really strongly prefer being able to read the forum without things that are likely to give me a headache, fwiw.
Mildly OCD. Please do not troll.

kittensgame, Sandcastle Builder, Homestuck, Welcome to Night Vale, Civ III, lots of print genre SF, and old-school SATT gaming if I had the time.  Also Pandemic Legacy is the best game ever.

In my case, I was thinking about some really sexy, half-naked guy with one of those incredible voices that only come in 'gay'  *sigh*  You know Rock Hudson  (for starters) really screwed up an entire generation of women.....

Hahaha, and play the trailers to the tune of Doctor Feelgood by Motley Cru.

The James Brown song is not the same one Motley Crue did.

I had to read that twice, so as not to think what I was thinking was what I thought it was on the first read-thru.

Back to work, meg! :-P

Ah, you just want to look at them yourself.  We could grade them, rate them, as literary reviewers of course.
