How should we know? He didn't appear in Battle Ground and Jim hasn't said anything about him.

He didn't end up in a Silver Denarius because he's laid back.
But Thorned Namshiel, he's a terrible demon, not all of the fallen are equal with everybody else and Thorned Namshiel is so busy with his nerdy research that he barely has time to torture anyone.
I don't think that's quite what either WoJ said.
Uh, the Ladies, Queens and Mothers, their mantles change very, very, very rarely in general. I mean, Mab’s been there for better than 1,000 years. And Maeve’s been there….there was a Winter Lady before Maeve, uh, in Mab’s time. And she didn’t fare so well the last time a Starborn was running around.
The original Merlin learned a lesson about wizards involving themselves in politics. They already have too much power to use wisely, from his point of view.
You never can be sure. But you can be pretty sure.
“Old woman,” Corb taunted. “I remember you as a bawling brat. I remember your pimply face when you rode with the Conqueror. I remember how you wept when Merlin cast you out.”

All Harry seems to be saying is he doesn't want to push it.
She did open the door though, I don't think it matters if she lived there or not, opening the door is all it took. It couldn't come in at first, but then it overcame it. No explanation..
I sighed. “Look. Homes, places that people live in and love and have built a life in have a kind of power of their own. If a bunch of strangers had been trouping in and out all day, I wouldn’t have any trouble with the threshold, but you’re not. You guys are friends.” Like Murphy had said—this one was personal.
Stallings frowned. “So you can’t come in?”
“Oh, I could come in,” I said. “But I’d be leaving most of what I can do at the door. The threshold would mess with me being able to work any forces in the house.”
“What shit,” Rudolph snorted. “Count Dracula.”
“Harry,” Stallings said. “Can’t we invite you in?”
“No. Has to be someone who lives there. Besides, it’s polite,” I said. “I don’t like to go places where I’m not welcome. I’d feel a lot better if I knew it was all right with Mrs. Malone for me to be here.”

I think there was a bit of a loop hole as far as the frog demon was concerned. The first being that not being a family, Harry's threshold wasn't that strong to begin with. However he did have wards, the bigger loop hole I believe is Susan went ahead and opened the door, though Harry was shouting for her not to from the bathroom[he was in he shower at the time] and this implied an invitation, thus nullifying any threshold protection.
The demon, squat and bulkier than a human, was standing in the doorway, both long-fingered, pad-tipped hands leaning forward toward the inside of the house. It paused as though resting against a light screen.
“Why isn’t it coming in?” Susan asked from the far corner, near the door.
Her back was pressed to the wall, and her eyes were wide and terrified. My God, I thought, just don’t pass out on me, Susan.
“Homestead laws,” I said. “It isn’t a mortal creature. It has to gather its energy to push through the barrier around a home.”

I could see figures, furry or fur-clad, rushing toward the open front doors of one of a row of rental houses. There were few supernaturally significant thresholds to speak of on such properties, little protection from the powers of darkness.

In the scene where Dresden is using one of the malk's to spy on the enemy.
In Battle Ground, the Fomor have a confirmed star born called Listen who is the lead servitor/turtleneck.
Didn't Jim say that they had been in love with the same guy and it didn't end well for him?
Oberon... well, the guy kind of wound up between Mab and Titania in one of those romantic triangle things, back around Shakespeare's day. He didn't make it.
"In the beginning, Loki was merely a personification of Hate. As the stories went on, he became a devil. Sources indicated that Loki was originally a demon, or a Jotunn, since he born to two giants. Loki, as a result of sharing blood with Odin, became an Aesir, making him Odin's brother"
Where does he say that exactly? I'm not disputing, I just don't remember when he says it or the quote. They don't seem to be the same to me, Soulfire, according to Bob is the framework upon what angels create stuff. Hellfire does the opposite, so why they might balance each other, they are not the same.
“Wow,” Bob said. “Soulfire. Are you sure he said soulfire?”
“Yeah,” I said wearily. “Why?”
“Well,” the skull said. “Soulfire is…well. It’s Hellfire, essentially. Only from the other place.”
“Heavenfire?”
“Well…” Bob said, “yes. And no. Hellfire is something you use to destroy things. Soulfire is used the opposite way—to create stuff. Look, basically what you do is, you take a portion of your soul and you use it as a matrix for your magic.”

Merlin cast Mab out and Mab rode with the "Conqueror."
I believe Merlin was called "The Conquerer" in Battle Ground...
