Shouldn't be too hard. Take a normal Wizard, give them a bit of Investigation and a bit of Contacts. Maybe specialize in divination.That works, though I had intended to give them more Mortal Feats & Skills due to both their own youth (16) and the fact they were a late-bloomer for Magic (14).
PS: I deleted the duplicate thread.
Also, I had planned to allow my Wizard some ability to use modern technology due to his own belief and understanding that technology /should/ still continue to work despite his presence, but that it /can/ still fail him if he's...agitated (coughhormonalcough) enough. Is that alright?
