Is it just me, or has anyone else been having problems with the banner at the top of the page since the site crashed the other day?

It hasn't alway been loading. Instead of the nice pretty Black and lite blue banner, its only a the little red X of a failed to load image. It seems to be working now, but over the last day or two, since the site died the otehr day, it fails to load sometimes.
