Did Molly teleport
LostInTime:
One of the ways Jim loves to hide things is by showing us the effect and then explaining the cause in an urelated fashion later.
So, at the beginning of Battle Ground, Molly disappears from the docks in a blast of cold air. The Winter Knight feels the cold. Major forces were being thrown around.
Later, Marcshiel teleports during the fight with Ethniu near the lake. Harry is gobsmacked and goes into a long monologue about how awesome this is and how much skill it takes, even when both points are within easy viewing distances.
The thing is, if Molly had opened a way to the Never Never, it would have been visible and Harry's seen plenty of those. But because he didn't see her disappear here and reappear there, he never put two and two together to realize that it was a teleport. (Our hero is not all that bright.)
Is this a clue that Molly is as far above Marcshiel as Marcshiel is above Harry?

She is Winter Lady now, Mab and Lea both appear and disappear when summoned. It is a Fay thing, Harry knows it, he has called up Lea and the Erking in the past..
vincentric:
If i had to guess, I'd say that she can travel on ley lines.
Conspiracy Theorist:
Teleportation appears to require a certain power level and using the Never Never is easier, and there are different types of teleportation. Both Drakul and Namshiel used a line of sight teleportation, presumably the easiest as regards power expenditure, but Harry figured it out and ambushed Drakul, Ethnui did not.
I presume more elaborate teleportation is hazardous, it’s too easy to scramble oneself, materialise within something etc, and you only get one shot….unless you are immortal. Indeed immortality may be a necessity, if one can totally reform from atomisation isn’t that effectively teleportation?
The_Sibelis:
Always thought, especially because of earlier usages by Mab, Leah, ect that fae tend to use a hybrid method when dealing with going between reality and the NN. They can pop through the veil almost wherever because of how much of it aligns with reality, and when within the NN, especially fairy whom they are the masters, they can go anywhere instantly.
I'd surmise it takes less of them than a mortal because of their connection to the NN.
Alot of teleportation in other media can be done by means of interdimensional shifting, like nightcrawler in X-Men. This is probably the fae method, more efficient than manipulating matter like a transporter.
