Could end his relationship with Toot though, I believe Lara is the "Cold Eyed Lady," that imprisoned hundreds of his friends so they could have pretty colored lights.

Conspiracy Theorist:
Lara was pushing the boundaries with the Fae, offering a calculated insult to the Courts to get them to engage with her. It looks like it worked. Literally in Harry’s case.

As the spouse of the Winter Knight, I presume Lara’s styling in the Winter Court would be Lady Lara, or the Winter Knight’s Lady as Harry is technically Sir Harry Blackstone Copperfield Dresden now (In The BAT hopefully we see Chauncey use Harry’s name properly, only to fail as he omits the Sir). Never the Winter Lady (Molly would have a fit). The Cold Eyed Lady might just stick in the Winter Court. Typically she may herself be bound to some extent by Harry’s obligations and duties as Winter Knight, so she may have to apologise to the Little Folk, and make reparations. Werepizza.

Add enough pizza and she can have as many Faerie lights at her wedding as she wants. I would presume the Za Guard would provide an honour guard for the ‘happy’ couple in any event.
