*is shocked too* :o :o
MARY POPPINS!!!! Go watch it now!
About that book by Ende, sounds very good. Which does not surprise me, he writes well (and I only read Spanish translations, so he probably is better in the original). I loved Momo, one of my favorite books ever.

It was a Bavarian comedian who said that in one of his shows. I'm going to translate it. It's kind of funny. It's what the father of a tennis playing boy tells the mother of his son's opponent. The name calling is getting more and more intense.
(click to show/hide)"Du Brunzkachel, du ogsoachte! Sowas wie du gehört mit der Scheißbürstn nauskehrt!"
--- "You tile in a toilet, that has been pissed upon! A thing like you is supposed to be swept out with the toilet brush!"
Though the vulgar "Brunzkachel" means something more like "piss tile" and "Scheißbürste" can be translated as " shit brush"

This sounds like something here we call "Farsh el melaya" where a woman lays into another woman or a man with the most inventive curses you've ever seen. Literally translates as "Spreading the bed sheets". Had a laugh with my friends about it :D
Ok, part II:
A note: "Ibn el" means son of the, "bent el" means: daughter of the. Adding them before any specific insult escalates matters into cursing parents :P
(click to show/hide)Metnak/metnaka - the fucked. Literally.
3ars - cuckold (strictly male, although you could say bent el 3ars.)
5awal(khawal) - highly insulting word for "gay". Strictly male.
5awlana - Not personal, but could mean "kiss assery" or "back stabbing"
sharmot (male) - slut.
sharmota (female) - means puta. Can't put it more specifically in English. :D
sharmata (situation/behavior) - unclean, shifty behavior.
3el2 (el'a) - sissy (strictly male).
3lo2eya - sissy behavior.
yel3an mayteenak / damn your dead anscestors.
htalla3 mayteenak/ I'll make your ancestors rise from their graves (This is a threat for beating someone up badly).
5ara el berak (khara el berak) - swamp shit.
That's all for now, enjoy :P
