maen all...no G today as I had a BAD night...8P

Started with my left foot cramping across the top...for an extended period.
Usually when I get leg cramps they go away within a few minutes, but no this went on for
probably a good 15-20 minutes...then migrated to my right foot...for the same amount of time.

Getting real tired of my body betraying me...8P
