the ticker in the header...
« on: September 02, 2007, 06:24:15 AM »
Will someone please, change the count at the top of the screen in the header so that instead of reflecting the time since White Night was released, it will show a count down to Small Favor?

Thanks.

Jim's not done with it yet, so we don't have an actual release date to set it to.

Doh!  Okay, never mind.   Amazon.com has this:

Small Favor: A Novel of the Dresden Files by Jim Butcher (Hardcover - April 1, 2008)
Buy new: $23.95 $16.29
Available for Pre-order. This item will be released on April 1, 2008.

So I  thought the date was set.

Sorry.

I'd prefer a countdown to Captain's Fury!  I just finished rereading AF and CuF, and they're even more wonderful than I remembered, which is pretty dang wonderful. :D

Didn't know where else to post and I didn't want to make a new topic so...

Thanks Iago/Mickey Finn/Priscelle for putting the countdown ticker thingy mebob on the front page.  It is nice to see the countdown for both CaF, and SmFa.

I figured it'd be a nice addition to the front ... and honestly a better place for it than the forums (even though we've got it here too).

April 1st great now instead of reading I have my Dad's birthday to go to.  Somehow I think I would get into trouble if they found me on the couch reading instead of mingling with my relatives.

lol...get REALLY excited about it and start reading it TO your relatives, some will wander off and some might stay, but either way you get to read it...
