My writing has slowed since my wife gave birth to twins before Christmas. But I've still managed to break the 16,000 word mark on the third book in my trilogy.

This pass on #1 is done.

27 chapters.  96,679 words.

Next, to get it to betas, and move on to tighten #2 for continuity, which should move much faster.

Just fired another short off, now back to the last minute preparations before submitting the novella.  When that's off to the slush-tub, I will have a day of Doctor Who, a beer, and resume the novel.

My third book is up to 19,330 words now. It still feels strange to be writing the final book of my trilogy when the first only came out in November.
