I don't have my books here at work with me.  I thought you needed autofire or the like to make a spray attack.

I'm pretty sure the threshold on that is if it's semiautomatic (like the regular buster shots would be) or has a spread factor (like a shotgun). The attack going through someone (like when Kincaid kills two Denarians with one bullet) probably also counts. Also, there's only two or three weapons in the entire Classic series that Mega Man can actually charge.

And, I've changed my mind. Someone else can do Balthier. HobbitGuy, it's your game, and that's fine, and there's any number of ways you could model Mega Man, but frankly, I just don't like that you threw out my write-up and completely rewrote it from scratch like that. I'm a big fan of the MM series, and know it pretty well, which is why I did the write-up in the first place, and having it tossed out like that makes me feel like my time and effort was wasted in putting it together.

I'm not saying you have to use mine, or that mine's the best, but if you ask people for help and they answer, you should work with them and not just throw out their work like that. It doesn't exactly encourage me to do any more work if I think that it's going to end with a complete rewrite that bares no resemblance to my input.

W&M, why give Lulu Breath Weapon if she's got Evocation?  Seems unnecessary.  Besides, the doll she uses boosts her spellcasting.  Seems like a Focus Item to me!

Because in the game she could attack with her doll when she ran out of mana (mental stress) it didn't actually do anything for her spell casting stats (well unless you had the celestial weapon and bothered with the annoying mini-games). I also did it that way because too much refinement could make her a little unbalanced compared to the rest of the party.

Right, I'd forgotten her non-magic attack.

Hm...

I wouldn't make it a zone-wide attack, both because Breath Weapon doesn't work like that and because I don't think the attacking dolls hit the whole enemy party.  I'll consider both the Lulu writeups and figure out what looks good.  Thanks again!

okay, got Lulu up.

Not sure about Ryu.  kicking around some ideas to replace the Sacred Guardian rewrite.  Are the character's ki attacks in the game limited in number, or can he perform an unlimited number of them?

An unlimited number of them, its just like any move press the right buttons combination and Ryu pulls it off.

So it's best done as a selection of always-on options of low-to moderate power, rather than something requiring Stress...  *maybe* the most powerful or well-known effects will require a Fate Point... *ponders*

I wouldn't use killer blows it is lousy beyond belief a plus 3 to weapons instead of a +2 to hit once per scene has to be the worst stunt ever.

no, if he has obviously magical effects like that it's a Power.  Just have to cobble it together.

I think giving everyone the "Traped in different Universe" trouble aspect is weak. It's not so easy to compel i think. I would make this a campaign aspect and give everyone a distinctive trouble. Much easier to get FP that way.
Trouble Aspect : The nazis are trying to kill me
