Actually, no.  Granted it was a semi-auto.  I've never fired a fully automatic weapon.  Mad dad is kind of a gun nut, and we had a small arsenal, growing up.  That included an AK-47.  It was legal at the time.  I'm not sure if it is anymore, but he got rid of it years ago.

The first time I fired a shotgun it was a 12 gauge with a slug round.  I was 12 years old.  It knocked me on my ass  :-\

Lol wow. I fired a 9mm and was holding the gun so hard to keep it steady I buried my nails in my palm so much I drew blood. o.o. But I'm have a patch somewhere that says I'm a certified bowman. :) long time ago. I used to have my own Bow and Arrows

That's cool.  I never got the hang of bows and arrows.  I tried them a few times.

I got better with the guns, though.  We had a bunch of stuff.  I learned a lot.  I got to be a pretty good shot.  I learned how to take them apart, clean them, put them back together.  We even reloaded bullets.  Interesting stuff.  I don't own one now.  Haven't fired a weapon in years.

quite  alot of rockets

My father was a rocket sceintist for the air force during nam, so i got a head start. we began with estes solid fuel build your own, then began desinging and firing unites from scratch.

including shoulder launched ftw :)

my fave was a test prototype for the sidewinder missile he had fabricated then hung on the wall (dummy warhead no fuel of course).

It wa son the den wall for years, but h never let me load and fire it. waaaaaaaaaaah ;)
