Embarrassing moment:  when your relatives start having an animated conversation with someone because that person watches The Only Way Is Essex.  You then realise that person sees them as minor celebrities because they go to the same pubs/clubs/chinese restaurants as people from that awful show.

True story.

See previous post regarding BBC reality shows. I know the programme you were talking about is C4 (I think, but don't give a toss). As Gilderoy Lockhart said "Celebrity is as celebrity does". Perhaps these people should be anti-celebrities.
And don't get me started on the bb house (not capitals as not important).

DC, I agree about the drama shows.

It is possible that it is because they are not tied to the profit motive that commercial stations have.
Also because they usually on do shows in series of 6 they don't put a load of crap stories in. When you have a series of about 20 at least five plots are completely dross.

We didn't play, after all. We spent some hours just chatting and eating.
Howl, I am glad we didn't scare her, and don't worry. She is your friend, so she won't share any secret. But ask her for clarification about S. We know you don't understand us!
(today I had to lecture hubby and a friend about how "so" is a bad word, as in "you are not so fat"  :))

Yeah..  I have things to do on Monday, too.  The closer I get to it more more confident I become in how prepared I am already.  It may or may not be true, but I will find out.
