Grey: Nothing much. Yet. In about 4 hours my muscles will probably be on fire from the volleyball matches yesterday, but at the moment I'm simply relaxed at work. ;)

Spelling is in the eye of the beholder.  As long as it's readable it's good.  :)

Admittedly most of my exercise comes from pushing a hoover around ever day and walking the dog.  Other than that though the papercut thing is totally true.  ;D
