Are True Believers affected by Thresholds?  By RAW they are, and I don't think it's ever come up in the novels because True Believers aren't the sort of people to break into people's houses.

Satanist would generally be quite reticent about breaking into another's home.  I believe you're referring to Satan-worshippers.  It's a common misconception, and so can be forgiven, though.
