GM Screen?

Has anyone managed to create a GM's screen one can print out? As it stands the rules are kind of scattered and for someone like me with poor memory it'd be nice to have them in one handy space.

There's the rules summary in the back of the book, and devonapple is trying to compile cheat sheets elsewhere on this board.

Someone online did create a GM screen, but it was pretty much like the 2-page rules summary, in a different format. I downloaded it, but now I can't find where I got it - I'll post a link here when I do.
