Did the two people I thought won the trivia contest actually win it?

Sadly, I had to leave early to get back home, so I'm missing any fun that people had after I got my book signed...

I was 138, one of the Burger King guys. ("If you're in the back, you can just come up for it later." "Okay!")

Please tell me someone got pictures of Jim's reaction!  I'm so freaking excited.  Landing, that was a work of ART.

It was a devastating day for me, I really enjoyed myself.

Both the drive there and back took about 2 1/2 hours, but I was excited to go on the way back, and excited about the event on the way back, so yeah totally worth it indeed.

I guess I got 4th? or 5th? in the trivia, a Burger King gift card either way, so that was fun.

I was queued up when someone asked him about Conan vs Harry, and it was awesome to hear his impassioned reply. Robert E Howard is one of my favorites, so it was just cool to hear him talk about his work so fondly.

If I happened to meet any of y'all, it was a pleasure :)

Jim was great as usual.  It was nice to meet members and hang out.  I was fortunate to be able to sit on the ground near the front (MBTB was kind enough to save a chair for my pregnant wife).  How long did people stay?

I only got to wave at Jim in between people 4 & 5 or so. For the rest I was relegated, despite being 2 hrs early, to the back where it was Radio Free Jim.

Landing, you got 3rd because you didn't come talk to to the Lucky Irishman like the two sword winners!

Sadly, I did not get to see your fantastic piece of art...we had to skedaddle as I had to get back to work. Left right as the signings started.
