A couple of months ago I stumbled ona thread that had a lot of Jim's interview's and Youtube videos. It was compiled into one big list. I have since not bookmarked it and have lost track of where it went. Does anyone know the thread I am talking about and could the please link me to it? It would be muchly appreciated.

No problem - I remember looking for it myself, and remembered that it was stickied somewhere.  I couldn't recall which section, but I knew I only had to look through a couple of titles before finding it.
