Yahoo answers has this to say:

According to the many media experts I snagged for this question, Tuesdays are the most promising days for home-entertainment industries to release, say, 13 shiny new tracks from Toby Keith. Tuesdays are also the easiest days for data crunchers to begin tracking weekly sales of said stuff.

"It's quite simple, actually," states Mark Berman, of the trade magazine MediaWeek. "Since Monday is the day after the weekend, consumers are not at their height of awareness. And because Friday is the day before the weekend, consumers are preoccupied with other things. That leaves Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Since Tuesday comes first, it leaves Wednesday and Thursday open to actually buy [and track sales of] the product. So, Tuesday it is!"

I wonder if that would change if they stop the mail from running on Tuesdays?

I emailed Dog Eared Books from their website re getting a sign copy of this book, asking questions seeing as I was not in America, they have a link on their site .. I sent the email via the site on 2nd of March and have had no reply at all .. I am assuming that they only sell within America .. is there somewhere I can purchase a signed copy that will ship International ?

You can definitely purchase a copy internationally.  Email Tina again, asking she they got your order.  Everything will be fine!

I see nothing on the West Coast! This is sad for I don't have the money to fly east to Chicago. I am sure that he should come to Seattle and sign them. I would be there.

He did do West Coast last year. So maybe West Coast next year? :) Got to leave him some time to write.

Ever see "Multiplicity"? NOT a good idea!

Future books will come out reading like Twilight or something.

I don't think even an error-ridden copy of a copy of a copy of Jim would ever be capable of writing something like Twilight.

Yeah, I am with Shecky on this.  At it dilutest Jim would come up with nothing less than "The Long Dark Teatime of the Soul."
