.... I like Doctor Strange. Liked Guardians of the Galaxy. Other than that the rest have been kind okay to me. Rarely do I think Disney makes bad movies. I just rarely resonate well, cant think of a better terminology, I suppose with their modern films. But that's also not just Disney. I can say that for most Studios now in days.

I understand and it's ok. It's perfectly fine not liking something even if it is quite popular.

*POUNCHUGGLESALAFROMTHESHADOWS!!!!!!!!!!!* Hi ya Ala n_n ! Long time no see n_n .

*floofles*  Hihi!  And yus; it has been.  x_x

I don't think tv monopolies are going to matter much longer...  we're moving into online stuff and 'on demand' watching; it's not going to matter if a company has twelve different networks or not, when anybody can make a movie or tv series and get it delivered straight to the viewer without the network.  Like the Netflix series, or such; somebody can just say 'hey let's redo Lost in Space' and it doesn't matter how many networks Disney has.  *rambles*

I really should be writing but bluhhhh being on call and having work stuff happens makes that annoyingly hard to get motivated on.  :S

:D  They were the real heroes of that movie.  *nodnod*  I saw a video before it was released about how they made the animatronics for it; they were really neat designs.  :O

I'll probably start writing in a few minutes unless something breaks.  *determination!*  Might poof/get distracted from replying depending on how caught up in it I get.

Well a semi-frustrating day of car-shopping was evened out and then some by a long-overdue and super-nerdy conversation about writing and food and life over good Mexican food with a good friend.
Capped by a highly entertaining game of D&D 5E in which we learn a Druid and a Bard are EXCELLENT support for Dragonborn a War Cleric of Bahamut...literally I got hit so often I should have been dead 4 times over...but saved by shenanigans.
So far the more I play 5E the more I like it!

Oh my, Ren. That is bad. I hope they help you, go to the doctors.
Ala, Ren had an eye surgery a few days ago...

Also hello everyone, sorry I am a little busy these days.

I was okay by the end of the day so made it home.
Overall was a terrible day of dealing with stabbing pain in my right eye.
This was not actually caused by the surgery, that was a week ago Monday and the pain
from that has thankfully subsided.
What's going on is one of two forms of something called Keratitis. Herpetic and Filamentary.
Currently its filamentary which is strands of decomposed epithelial cells and mucus that build up little nodules under my eyelids, scratching and inflaming the eye and cornea.
It feels basically like having nearly microscopic strands of barbed wire under my eyelids.
Its apparently a result of a heavy case of dry-eye syndrome and some days are better than others like so far today has been okay so far but yesterday was goad-awful. As long as i can consciously remember to keep my fingers away form my eyes...unfortunately its the unconscious bits that cause me trouble...8P
