2 Quick Questions About Names

A few questions if you please. Anyone know why Butcher chose Spanish-Basque names for the Aurorans (Sp)? Also, does anyone else notice the similarities btw the names of the families and the ruling families in GOT? Is this a coincidence or an homage? Thx!

I am speculating, but the different Habbles will be similar to different countries such as England, Spain, France, Greece for example. Albion seems to be similar to England and Aurora similar to Spain, Olympia similar to Greece.

I agree with that speculation. I said that the story reminds me the fight England vs Spain when Spain was a potence.
