Where you can send other people Friend Request(similar to Myspace/bebo etc) and you can have a Buddy/Ignore list, i think it would be really useful to alot of users on this site.

It's a cool notion, but it's not really what the boards are for, and it would take far more effort to implement (if it's even possible on this system) than it'd be worth.  Keep the suggestions coming, though!

i dont see how it's really necessary..there are already profile/sig/pm you can use.
