So how would YOU stat this bad boy?
What does it do? What doesnt it do?
If you're holding it what happens to you?

I looked and I couldnt find anything, but the search function on this forum is frankly broken.

You're referring to the Spear of Longinus, yes?

From what lore I know of it, whoever holds it is invincible. Sounds like Physical Immunity to me.

I would use something of this magnitude as a plot device instead. As its only supposed to be the worn head of the spear itself, using it as a weapon could be deemed inappropriate. Legends say that whoever holds it can never be defeated (or was that the Arc of the Covenenant?) rather than can't be killed. Hitler was supposed to have been obsessed with it, and I think there was a legend that if you lose it, you die. Some things to mull over.

As I said, I'd use it as a plot device, possibly even go so far as to make it a MacGuffin.

People think it will make the army they lead invincible.

The person who wields it could rule the world.

Plot device category.

Total GM fiat.

Our GM postualted some rediculous rating of like -30 refresh (pretty sure it was just a way of saying no one can use it, it uses them---it's powers are in theory immeasureable.)  Removing the free will of the critter/person holding it.

Seen plenty of stories where the spear isn't holy, but unholy.

Also the comic book Magdalena has a tamer theory on it.  The descendents of Mary Magdalene use it to hunt demons for the Church.  (those are very broad strokes, but basically it kills monsters.) I think a female order like a cross between Slayers from Buffyverse and Knights of the Cross from Dresdenverse would be appropriate.  I really like that idea.

Given the number of cities that have had the shit sacked out of them whilst in possession of the lance it could also be a giant MacGuffin.
90% of what I say is hyperbole intended for humorous effect.  Don't take me seriously. I don't.

Good idea, I might use that.
