Resources in Fate Core DF?

I'm getting ready to start up a Dresden Files game adapted for Fate Core. One of my players wants to be the guy who throws money at this problems (trust fund baby), but I'm not sure if just using the Contacts still would work.

Suggestions are appreciated.

I certainly could add the Resource skill to the list.  I was just interested to see if anyone had another way.

I'm pretty sure Resources is already a skill in Fate Core and in DFRPG.

Unless it got removed from Fate Core in between versions, which I suppose is possible.
