User Icons?

Sorry if this has been asked before, I'm new. Are we not allowed to use our own user icons? I couldn't figure out how to do it, there didn't seem to be an upload option.

Is it a moderator only privilege? Or just across the board, no non-butcher themed user icons?

Once you get to, I believe, 100 posts you'll be able to use your own icon.
