Posting photos/pics in your profile

Hey, anyone know how to download a photo/pic from your computer to include in your profile?  I can't figure it out.  I could only pick from pre-chosen Dresen/Codex topics for pics.

You only get the option to choose outside that list when you've hit a certain number of posts.
