Not receiving reply notifications

All of a sudden I am not getting any notifications of replies in threads that I am subscribed to. Not sure why?

When I go into my profile and look at Notifications it says I am not receiving any notices and that I have to subscribe to all the threads all over again, but when I click on the notify button here it asks if I want to turn OFF the notifications. Not turn them on.
