Fairy Granted Toughness Powers
« on: February 21, 2011, 11:52:06 AM »
Most of the Sidhe Knights get toughness powers with a catch of cold iron etc but do not gain the usual negative reaction to the catch (fix rides a motorcycle works with metal and wields a sword) beyond loosing the armour. Does this mean that any human character granted toughness powers by fairies should be able to use and interact with iron without consequences or just the knights?

Actually their catch is "trappings of Winter/Summer" depending on which Court they serve.  Iron isn't a catch for them at all, but the magic of the other Court is.

Oh I thought Iron was included in Trappings of Summer and Winter my mistake.

I would include Iron as a catch for any fey powers (It is supposed to be the bane of all things fey). But yeah, as long as they're mortal it shouldn't burn them or anything.
