Pretty sure that it was Bonnie. Alfred had extensive interaction with her while working to save Harry.

Hint that it might be true, but I'm not positive on this point, in Cold Days did Alfred ask Harry to get Bob to translate all he needed to tell and instruct Harry or was it Harry's idea to steal Bob from Butters to help him understand what Alfred was showing and trying to tell him about.  If the former, how did Alfred know about Bob unless Kemmler had him on the island with him while he was Warden.

Harry took Bob from Butters to ask him how to kill Maeve. He then carried him to the island to examine the wards on the cabin. Alfred noticed Bob through his intellectus and used him to translate. Bob was just a convenient spirit Harry had with him, there was no indication of a prior meeting.

Probably an extrapolation for the time. Kemmler was supposedly Warden when he was finally stopped and some of the timelines list that as 1961.

Uh, Bradley was there, too. And he already told Harry that Rudolph would face justice.

Bradley wasn't there when Murphy was shot. He runs off with his daughter before the Jotun fight and does not reappear later in the book. He does come to the realization that Rudolph is the problem on the steps though. What can be done about it, isn't mentioned.

It happened as a side-effect of the WK banner, but something about Harry made it possible (very few WK's can produce a Banner).

We don't yet know what that "something about Harry" was, however.

According to Mab, "very few Knights are strong enough." Harry's strength made him capable of forming the Banner, I doubt Slate would have been able to.

Harry didn't "attempt" to form the Banner. It happened on its own and he slowly became aware of it.

He is a police officer, his word has weight.

Normally, that would be true but at this particular trial, Rudolph would be in trouble.

Harry would have Bradley's testimony about Rudolph's antipathy to Harry, his poor gun and trigger discipline and his erratic behavior during the night.

When Harry has his credibility questioned, he can point to his long-time association to as a consultant to the CPD, his active PI license and can demonstrate his ability as a wizard.

Thank you for making my point.  It is part of the Winter Knight's power, Harry was powerful enough to use it.. So people who normally would chose not to fight, were compelled to, even if it was a matter of false hope, that is mind control.

The Winter Fae were compelled, the normal humans were inspired. The Banner's call was a good speech and rallying point, but the people had a choice.

I actually like Lara as a continuing love interest. She won't be as hands-on as Murphy (As an active sidekick at least, personal life will be the exact opposite.) but if she's assigning Freydis to him and giving him money and information then she taking over Murphy's roles.

She's an upgrade to his support team, just as Goodman Grey is better muscle than Thomas and Mab is a better boss than the White Council. You could even stretch it and say Butters is an upgrade over Michael because he has the Lightsword and uses magic but that's probably a wash.

And wouldn't it be like Jim to remove Harry's protection and still have Harry's touch burn her when he kisses the bride.

No, the fact that a banner had to be invoked at all says that the people who followed it didn't make the choice of their own free will.  If they were afraid to fight, and then the banner, then suddenly they were ready to die?  Does that sound like free will to you?

Actually, it proves that the banner did not impinge on free will at all.  Harry's Banner gathered 1187 followers. Even with all the fighting and chaos, do you think that's all the people that were present in that part of Chicago? If his Banner had compelled people to fight, there would have been children among his ranks and he wouldn't have had to give any pep talks. People were inspired to fight but they weren't compelled .

Mab may have used the term, but what Harry did in Battle Ground did infringe on free will.  Whatever Mab thinks of it is not relevant really.. You cannot manipulate free will and not be infringing on it.

How did Harry infringe on free will? Here's a paraphrase of that interaction:

Harry: Toot, Monsters are coming to destroy the city!
Toot: And?
Harry: They're going to try to kill me!
Toot: So a typical day?
Harry: And they'll destroy all the pizza shops!
Toot: Oh hell freaking no!! It's on like Donkey Kong!!

Harry simply found a way to motivate his vassals to give their all.

Harry didn't want to summon the Coin or perform a Darkhallow unless he had no option left. He went through his choices of powerups in what he considered the least evil option order. So, Uriel first, then Mab and we don't know what would have been next, though I suspect the Coin before the Darkhallow, because Mab stepped up.

The real question is Does Bonea have it? We know that Evil Bob does as that was the thing that caused his creation.

I think it was more about hope than anything else. Harry was her only friend, but she had to respect the possibility that he was correct in ordering his execution. Kincaid was the only parent she's known, but she accepts that he is a professional who's already accepted the job and payment. It would ruin him professionally to cancel after that.

By not stopping Kincaid completely, Ivy respected Harry's wishes and Kincaid's professionalism but by making it a chest shot she preserved the chance for an intervention and save.

I can really see Murphy looking at the kinds of limitations Uriel puts on his operatives, and asking if he doesn't have anything with a bit more "kicking monsters' asses" involved in the duties.
"I know a guy..." sez Uriel.

This.

Murphy was a cop and she was a good one. That meant she had to follow all the rules about use of force and rights of the accused even when she knew she was facing the guilty.

Being able to just go out and curb stomp baddies from the get-go would be like heaven to her.
