Good post.  Maybe the Warden's Dresden Dossier needs to be updated?

There are a few things there that need to be changed such as the number of paranet members (its in the tens of thousands not in the hundreds) and the section on wild fae serving him needs to be changed from summer lady aurora to summer lady lily.

So, assuming Harry is to stay among the living, he will probably be returning to the real world at some point.  Maybe not at the beginning of CD, maybe not even by the end.  But when he does return, what can he expect to have waiting for him, legally?

Definitely a spot on the most wanted list.

Couldn't he just give a sample of his blood to prove that all the blood was his?

Very good point. Lasciel was a true fallen angel. But Lash was different. Maybe Uriel had a helping hand in making Lash.

Lash was the shadow of Lasciel that became it's own individual due to Harry's influence, how would Uriel have a hand in that? And isn't Uriel bound not to interfere unless Hell does?

I struggled and twitched my fingers. “Five,” I muttered,
“Six. Seven. Heh.” I couldn’t help it. I laughed again. It hurt

Mab had gone very still. She stared at me with wide
eyes, her alien face void of expression.
“No,” I said then, weakly. “No. Maybe I’m your knight. But
I’m not yours.”
Emerald fire flickered in her eyes, cold and angry.
“What?”
“You can’t make me your monster,” I slurred. “Doesn’t
work. And you know it.”
Mab’s eyes grew colder, more distant. “Oh?”
“You can make me do things,” I said. “You can mess with
my head. But all that makes me is a thug.” The effort of so
many words cost me. I had to take a moment to rest before
I continued. “You wanted a thug; you get that from
anywhere. Lloyd Slate was a thug. Plenty where he came
from.”
Demonreach’s burning eyes flickered, and a sense of
something like cold satisfaction came from the cloaked
giant.

I thought that was Uriel not Lash?
