The Bar / Re: Edumacation And Enlearnment

You're probably the first centipede fan I've run across.  They're weird but cool little critters.  My background is wildlife biology but I have a soft spot for the creepy crawlies.  (I love spiders).

Whether Han shot first, Whether Names count in Scrabble, whether or not you are supposed to pronounce the T in "Often"  :P

(not really, though all the Do's and Donts can be found in the Policies sub-board)

I read "Do's and Donuts" for some reason.

Working on Studying Biology as much as I reasonably can, hoping to minor in Entomology. I loves me some arthropods.

*High five*  What's your favorite arthropod?

True but he is awful good looking.
I'm not saying Butters is ugly but from all I remember he
isn't that good looking.
There's one guy over on the, now defunct, show - Body of Proof - who might
work.  Gonna have to go Google his name.

Found him.  Geoffrey Arend.

Geeky and funny.

I've never heard of him, but that picture looks like he's trying to do a circa 1990 Jeff Goldblum impersonation.

Cool Rasins!  You're in my neck of the woods!

Nice to see your son and GW are doing well.

Since we aren't allowed to send GW food, I thought I'd post things that I wish I could send him.  Like these peanut butter cupcakes.

..........

Sorry, I think I just drooled on GW's thread.  We might need to mop that up.

I'm quite content with the move.  *shrug*  Feels right to me.  And it will be easier for everyone concerned.  If we want to find an RP thread, they're all in one place.  If we want to find a random chat thread, they're all in once place.  It's all neat and organized now.

I don't have any food allergies, but I still want to try that.  Can you taste the cashews?

Kalamazoo, eh?  Me and the GF are driving in from the Detroit Metro area.  Unfortunately we're making a long weekend out of the trip, so carpooling isn't an option.  :-/
... But it should be a kickass time!

Does anyone know whether or not there's any McAnally-Like pubs nearby?  That'd be a fun detour after the signing for more conversational hangings-out.

I know some places, but I don't think they are terribly close to the Skokie area.  I'll check into it.

Since I'm back out here again, I'll probably be able to come to this!  I hope I get to see some of you.

(Maybe I can find an apartment in Skokie.  :P )

I like it warm and spiced, I'm just not overly fond of it plain.

And those wine kiosks they put in Giant stores.
