I'm at work now, but I get out in an hour and I'm reading it on the way home. :) The sample chapter read very well and I really enjoyed it. :)

DF Reference Collection / Re: Mouse's Origins

Second point is, even with reincarnation and the Wheel of Karma, Mouse came into Harry's life while still a tiny puppy. So, no Mrs. Mouse yet at that point, not in this present lifetime. That doesn't mean that there won't be one coming along, of course. Mouse may be a bachelor knight-errant now, selflessly dedicated to personally guarding Maggie Jr. and Molly and Harry himself, but I certainly hope that one day there comes along a strong, lithe candidate who catches Mouse's eye. Sure, the timing of the meet-up will be maximally inconvenient, but that doesn't mean that the chemistry won't flow.
That's a very sensible theory, LoveJoy. There's a lot of eligible knight-errants in the Dresdenverse. Mouse being one of them, especially since Foo dogs are always seen in pairs, makes sense.

Like the subject says, the website logo (header image) is gone. The image was showing a few minutes ago, but it's gone now.

Like I said, I don't know if it will work for sure. Iago's the only one who can tell. :)

Any possibility of including links (or is there a similar ASIN replacement method that could be used) for ordering a Nook version?  Read through the thread and couldn't find anything definitive.  I assume since there's links to buy the hardcover versions or the like from B&N, it might be possible for the Nook as well.  Unfortunately, as a Nook owner, I don't really have the option to say "Eh, I'll just buy it from Amazon for the good of the site."
Ok, so I may be completely wrong here, but I think I've figured out a replacement method that works for the Barnes and Noble website/Nook books.

Sample link: Original Cold Days link - http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/cold-days-jim-butcher/1112694713?ean=9781611761603&cm_mmc=AFFILIATES-_-Linkshare-_-PTGUYWzr6O8-_-10%3a1&

Link to a new book - http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/dead-past-beverly-connor/1018064310?cm_mmc=affiliates-_-linkshare-_-ptguywzr6o8-_-10%3a1&ean=9781101042083

In this link, the number 9781611761603 is the ISBN number. And the alphanumeric code PTGUYWzr6O8-_-10%3a1& is the affiliate ID that earns the $$ for the site. I tried replacing just the ISBN in that link with a new ISBN, and when the page refreshes, information for the new book shows up, but with the affiliate ID still remains the same. So I'd think that just replacing the ISBN should be enough. Iago should be able to confirm this theory (or knock it out of the park and call me crazy  :P ).[/color]

Here you go!
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B008MQEO8I
(Warning:  extremely silly.) ;D

I'll be putting up another work as soon as I get the proof back from CreateSpace and approve it.
ETA:  It wouldn't let me use the cover from the hard copy (wrong number of pixels) so for now there's no image available.  I think it shows up as page one, though.
I see that snarky and witty show up in the user review. :) I'm buying this one right now! :)

Hey, give us a link and title to look for!

I've got to check with prisc to see if ebook purchases through the forum's amazon link generate any revenue for Iago to run the site with.  I know hardcopy does, but not sure about ebooks.
Anything that you buy using the forum's Amazon link generates revenue for the site.

Here's LizW65's book using the forum's link: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B008MQEO8I/iagonet
