Is there a place on the board for announcements of things like Priscellie's elevation to mod, or someones being banned? I am always surprised when I read things in threads and I don't know if I have missed the announcement, or if I'm just clueless about where to look for it. I know we have an Announcement section but there are no announcements like this there!
