I don't think I'm an expert, especially when it comes to current music stars, but I really, really like a lot of different types of music, so I very much enjoyed discovering new local styles during my travels.  ;D

I'm fairly sure all of the musicians in that video are well known in their various countries. We just don't get to see much of them here (USA) mostly due to the stranglehold the RIAA and the big recording labels/studios have on our music scene. Sad but true fact, here. Most of the foreign acts I know about - Jane & Lake (Germany); Strawbs (British); Angel (Australian) and others I forget right now - I only heard of because of my being stationed overseas in the Navy.

Thanks :) It's called 'Cold, Cold Summer Night' and it's in a short story anthology called 'Vampires, Zombies and Ghosts, Volume 1'.

Howdy, folks. It's been a while since I last popped in. Doing well, here (Wisconsin) and still writing when the mood strikes. Had a short story published by Smoking Pen Press a couple months ago. :D

Anyway, here's a 50th anniversary presentation of a classic song The Weight played on many different instruments by many performers from all around the world. Keep an eye on it at around 2:10 or so, Dina. Someone from Buenos Aries joins in. :)

Mean Crate n_n .
And Uh, sure, if you say so buddy XD . *Keeps a double barrel shotgun close at hand. Just in case.*
First time I head that song was in the Sherlock Holmes movies, the one with Robert Downey Jr. I instantly fell in love with it and looked it up to hear the full version. And I'm not even Irish XD ...That I know of anyway.
From what I've been able to gather, the songs about a young man who get's a case of wonder lust, so he sets out for the city of Dublin. Along the way he finds love, gets robbed a, reaches his goal but goes further. Unltimatily he get's into a fight on the docks and cracks some heads with his crudgel. One could almost apply the story of Tarot Cards to this song.

@WF: A frined of mine intrduced me to Another Irish Drinking Song, every St. Patricks Day him and I would get together to sing it, and I still do XD .
Devil's Dance Floor I've been listening to ever since I was a kid, I like the Rythem.
Oh Danny Boy I sung in Chourse in high school, but I perticuallry liked this version.

The rest are all songs I've taken a fancy to over the years.

@Dina: A lot worse ways to go, and at least he wasn't alone. I have a rather large family, meany of them knew me when I was knee high to a grass hopper. I'll bet you were a cute baby Di-Di n_n .

I don't know if you've ever heard this one before or not, but if not, here's another you might want to add to the list: It's called Lily The Pink.

LIttle Debbie's had these Peanut Butter bars that were chocolate-covered cookies with peanut butter filling that I lived for; but, they are impossible to find.

These? https://www.littledebbie.com/107.82/Nutty-Bars  Sort of like giant peanut-buttery KitKats?

I have to go with Ho Hos. Can't resist creme-filled rolled-up chocolate cakes.

I haven't really looked into this phenomenon much, but there are probably some poll numbers out there somewhere. In any case, the percentage of believers here in the US is surprisingly high, possibly approaching or even into double digits. It leaves me SMH sometimes.  :-\
