I think it is a hint at how powerful Harry will ultimately become..   Another hint was in Cold Days, the image Harry showed of himself in his head when he fought Sharkface on Demonreach..  He was not afraid to say who he was loudly and clearly, he was quite terrifying...

Agreed. That's how I always assumed it as well.

That post about the Eebs is not definitive, it simply said at the time of the curse they were in a high security location in the never never, it never actually said they survived. I am betting the curse did hit them, but it is possible using the malleability of the never never, and the intervention of someone powerful, they could have survived the curse, but they would be deeply dependent, and have lost most of their independence.

Actually it never said the Eebs specifically, just Red Court. I should know, I'm the one who asked and got the WOJ. :P (Unless there's another WOJ out there that singles them out specifically.)

Jim also pitches his Idea for a Harry Potter fanfic, it's actually pretty awesome, and impossible for him to do considering he has his own books to write, and yaknow copyright issues.

He could write it. He just wouldn't be able to make money off of it. J.K has said since awhile ago that she has no issue with fanfiction. :)

Alternate names for the new & improved Fidelacchius: The Faithsaber and the Butterknife.

Both are good, but I'm leaning more towards Butterknife. :D

Doing planning for another series which might be connected to the series I'm working on now. Rather excited. Especially since the hierarchy of one of the things has come together and I have the general plot line for the story. :)

Much better for Binder IMHO

Oh wow didn't even think of Binder. Oh he'd be great for Binder. But I just have a hard time seeing many people as Nicodemus. You have to have a certain charisma for the role, which I think Mark Sheppard has.

I actually just started thinking that Mark Pellegrino might be great for Nic.  He doesnt really look like how I picture Nic at all (thought with the right costumes and make-up he might get close) but in the last two things Ive seen him in (The Tomorrow People and Being Human) he has played a sort of villain that quiet, calm, even polite, while somehow radiating the sort of frighteningly rational evil and amorality that I get from Nic.

I liked him a lot as Lucifer in Supernatural. He's not how I picture Nic at all either, but he could probably get Nic's charisma down.

I still say that Mark A. Sheppard would be the perfect Nicodemus; charisma for days!

And purely for the sake of a complete reference, Larry Fowler's name changes to Jerry for one line in the scene in Death Masks, at least in my copy (its possible that they would have wanted to change this in later printings):

Yeah it's the same in my copy as well.

O__O

Just...wow. One of the most well thought out theories I've heard yet and one I really agree with. I've been of the mind that Lash is the Parasite from the moment we've heard about the Parasite, but you put into words what I had been unable to yet. Great job!  :D

Have a really great WAG here. One of the first things said by Marcone in Even Hand is he made a choice to be who he is. I think this choice is why he had summer hunter green eyes in his youth and money colored now. Marcone is thd Erlkings heir. He chose human without ever understanding his decision. In Mirrior Mirrior he will have made a different choice or not chosen yet at all. oh and

I've heard that WAG before, by Ms Duck I think. Makes sense.

As for the

That is also an opinion I've seen thrown around and honestly that'd be cool, but there's only one problem with that; he's too short. :P

Jim even has plans to write a "Mirror Mirror" book. Apparently Marcone is supposed to play a big roll in this book.

I've been wondering for a good while if that book is when we learn Marcone's real name, since we know John Marcone is not his true name.

3. He Who Walked Before. I mean Walkers should be three most powerful Outsiders with access to Nevernever and Mortal World. I'm not impressed.

Walkers are Knights of the Old Ones--they're not the most powerful beings out there. They protect the most powerful ones.

I'm leaning toward Jim Beaver for Eb.  He plays Bobby Singer on Supernatural.  He's got a talent for aw-shucks accent, he's got the build, and he can do both happy, chagrined,  and pissed very well.  Those seem to be the core Eb emotions.

Oh my god yes. I can't believe I've never thought of that but that fits so freaking well.
