DFRPG / Son of Thor.

Hi to everyone!
I am the storyteller of an upcoming Dresden Files campaign and one of my players wants to build a character who will be son of the mighty god Thor. What supernatural abilities do you suggest he must take, how is it possible to construct abilities and apply some sort of restriction about using them(I am thinking about a stress track for using lightning etc.)?
Note:He has supernatural powers but in a restricted format because he knows nothing about his father.The refresh level of our campaign will be 9 points.
Any help would be much appreciated! Excuse me for my poor English.

What exactly is the paranet?I have read the novels up to Changes but I can't remember how the paranet works.Dιd it uses technology like the Internet but that kind of technology will blow.Any guesses?I am kind of confused.

Three more small questions:
First:Does the claw/fangs ability increase your free damage you do to your opponent as a supplemental action when you have grappled your opponent like inhuman strength does?
Second:When an ability gives you bonus physical stress boxes and your opponent damages you with the item of your catch, can you assign the physical damage you take from that attack to the bonus boxes that the ability with the catch gave you ?
Third:When you take advantage of a newly created aspect you can tag it for free the first time but can that tag be used for a compel?

Is my attack penalized if I move against an opponent in the same zone as me and then attack him or the penalty from the supplemental action applies only if you move to a different zone and then attack?

When I attack somebody and my attack is 5 after I rolled the dice and my opponent using Athletics which he has at 1 rolled 3 minus symbols giving him an athletics of -2,how much stress I will inflict on him?

How does a magic circle works?Is it like a threshold?
Can it be broken by physical means?I have read the books but I can't remember how it was used.The only example I remember is when the frog demon(Storm Front) attacked Dresden in his house.Why the demon couldn't drop a chair to break the circle in the basement in which Dresden and Susan have found shelter?

If you make a block using evocation,a shield or a veil,the opponent needs to exceed the number of your block to break it or even if he meets the number it breaks?
Also,let's say that a player is using his guns as a block so noone can leave the room via a specific doorway.If an opponent manages to beat the block using athletics does the block counts as broken so every other opponent can move through the door now?
And,what is the duration of an evocation block used as armor?

If a character used a veil on himself this exchange and a monster wants to attack him does the monster uses alertness as his action for the exchange and if it beats the character's veil toughness he finds him but it has no action left to attack him?
So, the character can use another veil on the following exchange and the monster will lose his action trying to find him with alertness again right?Is it possible for the monster to use alertness and if it beats the veil to attack in the same exchange?
Also,when the veil is beaten it vanishes and the caster is visible?

Here I am again for two small questions.
First:If a Troll wants to toss a car as an attack what skill it will use?
Second:A PC wants to make an Emissary of Power with Hecate as her patron.What supernatural powers do you suggest?I am thinking about a character with a supernatural power like Hecatean magic which will emphasize in curses and shadow magic providing thaumaturgical effects with the speed of evocation such as the example of the unseelie magic.How much will it costs in refresh and is it possible to gain such a thing without the Pc knowing evocation/channeling or thaumaturgy/ritual?
What do you think?

If I want to hide in the middle of combat do I need a maneuver or a block action?
And when my opponent wants to find he will roll alertness as a maneuver or as a kind of attack action using allertness or investigation?
Also do you need an action for an assessment or a declaration in an exchange?

Another noob question!
First,Is it possible for a player to have unseelie or seelie magic without knowing evocation/thaumaturgy or channeling/ritual?
Second,can you,please, explain how the prolonging spell rules work?
Last,when Dresden uses his enchanted ring from the book's example and he rolls to hit the target does this count as an evocation attack with the excess power of the discipline roll against the target's defence becoming stress combined with the weapon power?

DFRPG / Questions about evocation attack,block and minor things.

First,when you attack using a spell with 7 power and you roll 9 on Discipline do the opponent need to pass the 9 success of yours to avoid being hit or the power of 7 which you put into the spell ?
Second,when you make a Block using evocation can you put 3 power to make the dificulty of the block, 2 to prolong it's effect and 2 to effect multiple allies in the same zone,for a total of 7 power all in a single block action?Also,when I put 5 power to my evocation block it doesn't matter how high I rolled for discipline as long as I rolled at least a total of 5 right?For example : I put 5 power and I have a result of 7 discipline,my opponent doesn't need to beat the 7 total but the 5 power I put in it right?
And,because the example in the book confused me,if you spend 2 power in your evocation block to prolong it's duration you get it's effect for 3 exchanges total,the one you just used it in and the two after that right?
Third,if you want to draw a protective magic circle in the middle of combat to protect your allies,how it can be done?
Fourth,,is it possible an evocation block with fire as the element?
Last,when a werewolf wants to change form man to wolf after combat has started what kind of action it will be?

DFRPG / Focused Practitioner.Defending against a spell.

Good evening!
I am a new GM at the DFRPG and I have a question about a player who wants to create a focused parctitioner character.
My question is:is it possible when you create the focused practitioner at the Up to your Waist power level with 7 refresh to buy channeling(one of the musts) and thaumaturgy to start with or a practitioner doesn't have access to thaumaturgy and evocation till he grows up by exercising?
Also,if for example a player uses a fireball spell to attack a monster, what skilla the monster will roll for defence?
