Go ahead and post it. Only way some people get to see these things is thru the efforts of helpful folks like yourself who show up and bother to Video Tape the events then post them online.

I've been trolling Youtube's murky waters since "Book Launch" and still none of the Events have popped up online. I figured there would at least be one up by now...

Thanks for helping out.

Based on the events of "Ghost Story" a lot of this speculation has been explained somewhat.

Especially regarding the Formor & The other fae courts.

In reference to the WoJ talking about the lighthouse runes, Jim says Harry could figure it out if he had the comic book.
I was under the impression he was referring to one of the old Lovecraftian Horror type comics. (Implying Outsiders)

Also, talking about the mantle of "The Warden" I got the impression that Demonreach may be a prison a sort... or sorts.

Noted Serack.

Nice work BTW.

It's very much appreciated, and you probably don't hear it nearly enough.

So, is this thread dead now? or should we keep posting stuff here, when we see it?

I guess nothing 'important' in the strictest sense, but I found a few nuggets of insight to be gleaned from certain responses to questions about Harry's love life.

Hate to reply to a comment of my own, but in the words of Professor Farnsworth... "Good News Everyone!"

A new complete panel discussion entitled Urban Fantasy vs. Paranormal Romance from something called Tus-Con #37 just hit the web (3-days ago) and it features not one but two Butchers!

That's right, Jim & Shannon Butcher!

Enjoy! ( I'm about to watch these myself, hope they're good.)

Just to clarify...

HARRY thinks Molly is unsuited for combat magic... Harry may not be correct in that appraisal.

Crap... Another panel of authors with interesting works to check out.

*Thanks for the vids*

^Much like The Jade Court Vampires and any detailed background info regarding Mac.

That's cool though, I'm on-board for the long haul at this point.

Thanks for posting the podcasts.

Calendar Event Discussion / Re: Jim at Dragon*Con 2010

Does Anyone who went to DragonCon this year, have any low down on what transpired at the "NYT Bestseller's Tell All Panel"?

Apparently after the Book Cover panel, I went to lunch and then crashed in the room totally missing it.

I believe the panelist's were:

Kevin J. Anderson
Laurel K. Hamilton
Jim Butcher
Sherrilyn Kenyon
Jonathan Maberry

Anything?

Man, I don't know why I didn't think of it at the time, but I was there for every event they scheduled Jim and didn't think once to ask who might be from the forums... I recognize most of you now from the descriptions you gave though.

I got to see all the panels and the Beyond Binaries Panel was probably the most interesting topical discussion I saw this year.

I kinda felt bad for the Supernatural CSI panel authors at first due to the room being moved due to what happened with the autograph line, but thankfully (despite having to eat the microphones) everyone was very respectful. Gratefully, I was introduced to a couple of new authors I'm wanting to try. Especially the one on the end next to Jim who had the magic based on electricity and power increasing with madness. (I believe she used to be an Editor and was in fact the woman who green-lighted Storm Front way back when too. They seemed to know each other pretty well.

And whoever was Dressed as "Black Widow"... That was a great costume.

Centennial I is a decent sized room and it's centrally located at the Hyatt. It's possible Jim may be a panelist in one of the other panels listed. The full schedule will give more info. Last year I saw Adam Savage in his own panel, which was packed, and on a skeptics panel, which wasn't even half full. Both were quite enjoyable. I love finding those hidden gems.

Supernatural CSI

Saturday night at 5:30pm

Hopefully there's another one as well.
