Unprobable. Jim is maniacal and loves to jerk us around, but the man does have a life... He does other things than read through what his fans are endlessly speculating about. And he's actually pretty nice. When he speaks it is often open to interpretation and we run with that just fine. He doesn't need another login to jerk our chains.

A numbering system would only be helpful in terms of organization. Another organization idea is headings and subheadings. i.e. A heading of "Profile options" with subheadings of "When you can have a personal avatar" "there is a pm limit and it is.." and maybe "text options" or the like.

I like how polite everyone is being. There's still that feeling of comfort, but its like everyone has put on their Sunday best and are remembering to say "Please" and "Thank You". It makes me happy! And I think the mods are doing a great job! I haven't seen any issues/spats/disagreements since I've been back.
