From the "four regional commanders in America" line, together with the comments about Harry and Ramirez being the two regional commanders in America, I'd been guessing that the other two regional commanders were in Canada, and by "in America", Luccio really meant "in North America."

Based on population and proximity to the Red Court strongholds, more likely Mexico.

on a side note, I'd like to meet the East Coast commander...perhaps he's from New York :D

If there was one, there isn't any more--just Ramirez in LA and Harry in Chicago.

Re: number 20--I don't think it killed the Blampire, just messed him or her up very very badly.

So how come when I'm reading the board the page never finishes loading and it says at the bottom of the screen "transferring data from google-analytics.com?

That's why I'm asking.  How exactly did he sply without anyone noticing?

Come up out of the floor just to eye level under a piece of furniture.

Look down out of the ceiling.

If his shape-assuming power works on inanimate objects, pretend to be a floor lamp  :)

Also, he cold have Harry sculpt a bust of him, then just occupy it as needed.

OK, now I'm being silly.  My bad.

Where should we go for vacation?

Branson MO.  Because it has to be seen to be believed.

Yeah, I'm sure Hell has it's unique attributes, too.  Very scenic.  I'll pass.   :P

Well, if you're looking for unsual, exotic, and hard to get to, there's always Tristan da Cunha

Reread Grave Peril last night, and I have a potential query for placing it in October; Harry's last conversation with Susan takes place with her in a bikini outdoors getting some sun on one of the last warm days of the year - is this plausible for early October on the shores of Lake Michigan, and if not, would moving it back into late September make a big difference ?

From the National Weather service records for Illinois:
ROCKFORD... OCTOBER 3, 1997:   THIS WAS THE SECOND DAY IN A SEVEN DAY HEAT WAVE THAT SENT HIGH TEMPERATURES PAST THE 80 DEGREE MARK. ON THIS DATE...THE HIGH REACHED 90 DEGREES WHICH TIED THE RECORD PREVIOUSLY SET IN 1922. ALTHOUGH THIS WAS THE ONLY RECORD ESTABLISHED OVER THE SEVEN DAY PERIOD...TEMPERATURES WERE AROUND 15 TO 20 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.

Rockford is a little to the northwest of Chicago, so that means it was unseasonably warm in Chicago until at least October 8th.  How does 1997 work as a date for GP?  I can't access the first page of this tread at present--every time I try the connection resets.

Also, we know Melissa and Ms. Timmons/Skin walker could see Bob, but can normal everyday people see him (ie: Murphy)?  He went to his skull before she entered the room in TBI.

IIRC, the kid saw him too.  But then, he's "special".  However, given the fact Bob felt obliged to leave the room when he saw Murphy coming, I'll bet anyone can see him.

OK, I'm going to display the depths of my computer illiteracy here.  Why is it that some threads display neatly within one screen, and others run wide and I have to scroll across to read them?
