If this is still open - and please note that I haven't read the rest of the posts, so if I crib someone's pet theory it's not my fault.

1. We have been told that Nicodemus has a very specific target in mind, ostensibly kept in the Labyrinth of Daedalus.  What is Nic trying to get his hands on and why?

-As stated in the question, asked and answered.  Except...  I don't think that's all he's planning to take.  Yes, the grail is the claimed target (and what a target it would be!), but this is NICODEMUS.  If he says the grail is his primary target, he's lying.  So - Harry's told he's going after the grail, they do recover the grail, but the actual target is going to be someone or something he can use to cleanse Nemesis from the Nickelheads, with tempting Harry being part of it as well.

2. Nicodemus apparently called in a marker from Mab to get Harry on the team.  Does he have a specific plan for using Harry or did Mab twist his request?  Which of Harry's capabilities will he admit to needing, and (given that this is Nicodemus after all), which abilities is he scheming for Harry to use?

-He has a plan in place.  He needs Soulfire to get through something.  For extra credit, I'm going to go even further and say that there is a trap or device that projects a field that only an Angel or similarly powered being can access - in other words, it keeps out everything but souls.

3. Jim has mentioned that the book will be "Ocean's Eleven".  Who else did Nicodemus recruit?  How will they interact with Harry?

Members of the team:
-Nicodemus
-Nic's daughter
-Harry
-Murphy
-Listen
-Mavra
-Kincaid

4. Harry's general method of operation is to call on his friends for help.  In this book, Harry is (initially) allowed one extra backup member on the crew.  Who will it be?  Which of Harry's other allies will "interfere" before the plot is over?

-Well, clearly the initial person question has been asked & answered.  As for who else gets involved?  Fix, as required by the mantles (this is a sanctioned Unseelie event), though I think his interference will come at the end*.  Similarly, I think Lea (who can track harry quite well across boundaries) will be there at the end.  Sanya will stumble in at the end*.  Most importantly?  Demonreach and Lash.

5. This is a Denarian book, so (unlike the last "end of the world" showdown), the Swords will almost certainly be present.  In fact, there have been various hints...  Which Sword wielders will appear in the next book and how will their interference/help affect the plot?

-Murphy's, clearly.  Sanya will probably be present for the last part of the book - and, sad to say, I think he won't make it out alive.  His sword will be taken up by either Thomas or Harry himself.  Because really, if there's one thing Harry has it's Hope.  Thomas *might* take up Love this book, but I don't really see that happening until the BAT.

6. Mab is apparently against Nicodemus succeeding in this heist.  In the Cold Days, we found that Mab had complex reasons for wanting Harry to kill Maeve.  What are Mab's reasons in this book?  Is it simple thwarting or is there something deeper?

-Both.  She doesn't want him getting the power of the Grail (simple thwarting), but she wants *Harry* to come away from this with the ability to remove Nemesis.

7. At the end of Cold Days, Harry needs to stay on the island to keep his growing headaches at bay.  The start of Skin Games implies that those headaches will need to be resolved by the end of the book.  Who or what is causing those headaches, and how will the whole thing get resolved by the end of the book?

-Lash is causing the headaches, and she will emerge during the book.  She will either take up residence in Bob's spare skull/home or Harry will carry her out of Hades and she will take Persephone's body (which is perfectly serviceable, aside from being brain-dead).

8.  One of the key components of the "Ocean's Eleven" movie is that there is a final twist/reveal.  Given that we've got Nicodemus, Harry, Mab, and potentially Hades (and who knows who else) all trying to get the better of each other, if there's one thing you can count on it's some sort of last minute quintuple-cross.  What will be the nature of the twist and how will it all fall out?

-First, Hades will be the "other side" of Demonreach - Demonreach is a prison for monsters, Hades is a prison for humans.  So when they exit, they exit to Demonreach.  Harry will then backstab Nic's people - Shagnasty becomes a prisoner almost right away.  Kincaid has been working for Murphy all along, to protect the two of them; Murphy doesn't help Harry; she can't, because he just betrayed Nic.  Nic manages to get free, but Deidre is taken down and imprisoned (alive).  In the *end - Nic wins, and gets away with everything.

9.  (Extra Credit) There are many WAG ("Wild A$$ Guess") theories on the boards, some crazier than others.  Write up to three WAG theories (or make up your own) you believe are correct that will be confirmed (or at least have evidence in favor of) in Skin Games.

-Lash is the Parasite.  Not that WAG, so not taking credit.
-Demonreach and Hades (the region) align in terms of location, just on opposite sides of the reality barrier.
-Hades (himself) is a nice guy, and will actually be quite pleasant to Harry, especially after Harry returns the stolen items.

10. (Extra Credit) This is that "free form" question where you can come up with anything else you think will be in this book.  Specific quotes Harry might say (will he actually quote Ocean's Eleven?  The movie will have come out already in Harry's timeline)? Tidbits about the White Council? The fate of Molly? Write down anything you want.  Note that whatever you write must be specifically mentioned or hinted at in Skin Games in order to be worth credit.

Harry will go to the Carpenter's house for advice from Michael.  He's sitting down to dinner with his family - including his eldest daughter.  She hasn't revealed anything to them, and in order to fight the Mantle's influence she's decided to become much more "conforming".

The White Council have all but backed off from helping humanity in general.  Harry will, at the end of the book, stop by and say "hi".

*As noted above, Sanya will come in at the end of the heist.  That won't be the end of the book.  In the *real* end, Harry tracks down Nic and gets the grail *and* secondary item(s) back.

This is an interesting idea.  Of course, I subscribe to the opposite idea - that Lash isn't 100% gone, and has in fact been recovering slowly (and with Knighthood, completely).

Here's my thought process:

-Harry had access to Hellfire.  This is an incredibly rare resource; effectively only available to evil angels and those that access their powers.
-Harry has access to Soulfire.  This is an incredibly rare resource, from what we've heard.  Angels are confirmed to use it, and I don't recall anyone else short of god-like beings having had it.

I don't have the books handy, but Harry was told he was given Soulfire access because he resisted the shadow.  What if it's more than that?  What if, by resisting the shadow, he turned the shadow to the Light again, enough that the entity tried to sacrifice herself to save Harry?  The entity of Lash could have survived in the damaged brain - and has been trying to return.

Fastforward to Ghost Story, at the end.  Harry was kept alive by a group of 4 entities:  Demonreach kept him fed/watered, Mab gave him breath, Uriel protected his soul, and "the parasite" kept his heart beating.  Why would the Fallen that convinced him to kill himself do that?  It makes little to no sense - but if he had two fallen shadows?  One light (Lash), one dark (Lasciel)?  That would make some sense.

(Please, tear this theory apart)
