Title: Is there a missing book?

I finally got around to the comics and dove in by ordering all of them, but it looks like there is a missing tome.
The War Cry hardcover is listed as Vol. 1 yet I can't find a follow-up book anywhere.
When I search Amazon, I see that the book has "digital exclusive" editions that break it up into 5 parts. Does anyone know if the digital editions contain any additional story or if there is a Vol. 2 in the wild that I can't find?

There isn't a volume 2 has far as i know.  It was a 5 issue comic miniseries. Most comic book collections aka graphic novels contain between 4 and 8 issues.
