Title: codex alera back ground

I would really like to see a compendium of sorts on the Codex Alera. Something like an in-depth look at the history of the Realm, like when and where they appeared, the foundation of the first cities, when the Romans first discovered how to use furies, when the House of Gaius Dynasty began. That kind of thing.

Maybe , someday, Butcher will release his notes on the series. Might make for interesting read.

As much as I would love to read more novels set in the time period before the Codex Alera, Jim already has enough on his plate. A release of his notes is the best we could probably hope for beyond getting more tidbits from Q&A sessions.
