In January, I submitted four stories to Battlecorps.com, competed a novella set in the same universe, and went back to outlining a fantasy novel (16+ chapters out lined so far)....

So, who's next?

I've actually been working on a bit of a one man show in the RPG threads to help flesh out my characters backstory from a third party perspective. I think it's even gathering a tiny bit of a fan base  :D

Just sent off a novella (Vengeance Games) to an editor, and I'm now working on two novel outlines, one fantasy, the other sci-fi. No writing as of yet, but more in the planning stages.....

Way to go DK!

This past month, my mind made a major turn. I've been a one pony type of writer. I would do one novel, or one short story etc. But this weekend, my mind exploded. I completed two short stories, plowed well through a third, and attacked a novel chapter outline that I need to send to the publisher. And no, I didn't take the Limitless pill.  I think my mind simply stepped into a new realm of creativity. I can now understand how one of the film producers at WyrdCon said he routinely handled eight projects at any given moment. Wow, I can't do that, but my mind did step into a new learning box.

I feel like fate dealt me a new super hero card.

Just handed in my entry for a writing contest for a Steampunk convention this coming weekend in Gothenburg. I made the deadline with about 2 minutes. No, the entry was nowhere near as finished as I wanted. But that's what happens when ones muse has obviously vanished into thin air... I need a new one. If only I could write the proper ad.
