Title: What happened to The Paranet Papers?

Does anyone know if the expansion for the RPG is still in the works? I haven't heard anything official about it in ages and a internet search yielded nothing new.

There was artwork teased along with some info in the March State of the Hat (http://"http://www.evilhat.com/home/state-of-the-hat-march-2014/").

It was then looking as a late-this-year release.

  I think it was indeed "put on hold," but more on the lines of "all of our staff is busy meeting other commitments, but they are scheduled to get back to it when those commitments are met," and NOT on-hold in the sense of "we aren't developing it but haven't ruled out doing so in the future."
