Another great episode. I liked hearing white wolf comparison between the courts, but I had never though of that before from reading the books, as the courts are very different than the clans. I am really going to need to check out The Zorcerer of Zo, just to read even if I never end up playing it. It sounds like there are some great ideas in there.

Interesting that his perspective is so much like my hubby's who also likes the show and hasn't read the books. Hubby's only questions have also been about Justin.

Great podcast. Your friend's opinions mirrored exactly my own as another person who has yet to read more than just the first book (still waiting on amazon to deliver). I kept wanting to yell "hells yes!" with every opinion he gave. From the way it sounds off the other forum threads, it seems like there is an overall much kinder assessment of the tv show from the noobies. Sometimes ignorance truly is bliss.

Excellent podcast! I particularly liked his comment about dynamic characters still having the potential to make dynamic couples, and just because the nature of a relationship changes doesn't mean it stops being fun to read/watch. :D
And the rabbits farting skittles was just beautiful. *wipes away a tear*

Great concept for the pod cast. Those of us who have read the books already have our preconceived notions about the characters and it's refreshing to remind ourselves that not everyone has that information. While he noticed that there were gaps in the information given, it made him (and I would assume this is pretty common) curious about the books, enough so that he might give up some time to read them. This alone makes the show a success as it will bring more people to the books themselves *even if they never make it here*.

Loved the podcast. Especially hearing someone's perspective, who hasn't been infected with the "Dresden Book Virus" before.
One point of critique though: the background music in the first part was a bit too loud. I had problems understanding you speaking, Fred.
But all in all, keep up the great work.

The podcast was great. I think that your friend's perspective was dead on. It would be nice to hear from somebody who was a fan of the books first that could divorce themselves from that to compare the two as individual entities.

I've only read one book so far and about 100 pages into fools moon so I guess I still somewhat have the view of Fred's friend and I like the show so far. I have noticed as I go along and read the books that i'm really starting to like Bob more and more.
