Title: Help me with a new power

So I'm playing an urban magician, based on the sponsored magic idea "Urban Magic (https://www.paranetonline.com/index.php/topic,31204.msg1329079.html#msg1329079)".

I want to create a (DFPRG, not Accellerated) power that allows me to use Graffiti. For example, I want to be able to spray a picture of a video camera and then use that to scry on the area that a camera at that place could see.  Or maybe a set of doors for fast travel (I obv. can't use the ways), stuff like that. Does that need a power, or is it just thaumaturgy for that kind of sponsored magic?

I'd say that's just the flavor of the Thaumaturgy for that kind of magic.
