Somehow, the bottom picture makes me think more of Marcone.  Though for all we know Mirror-Harry might be kind of like Marcone, given how similar their core personalities are.

Great.  Now I'm having trouble picturing anyone but Manu Bennett playing Marcone.  Even Adrian Pasdar, my go-to casting choice.

Couldn't you have said Vadderung, or maybe Erlking?  You can't waste his voice on a mere mortal.

I'd think a Kurt Russel, escape from L.A. look would work for MM Harry, Eye patch, scruff and sweet leather trench to match.

Not a struggle for me.  Manu Bennett has always the Erlking in my book.  Though the eyepatch does make me wonder if he could pull off Vadderung, but his coloring is too dark.

Manu always seems too ... muscly to me for the EK.  I know a hunter needs to be in shape, but he's more of a body builder than a stealthy hunter.

He's not really a body builder lol.  I'd describe him as muscular, or athletic.  He's not that big.

You arent wrong on that, but in a suit of Armor the math changes, what would be lean suddenly looks sickly.

The casting of Kringle will also impact it some, as he's supposed to be the Bear to Erl's hunting Cat.
