I am looking for suggestions on a good manual on modern Japanese manners. Any help you all could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I know this isn't want you're looking for but have you considered corresponding with a Japanese person to ask questions?  I couldn't find an answer to a physics question anywhere so I asked someone who was going to school for the hard sciences.
